Like Replysadly you cant but if you really want to lose wgheit you should go to your doctor in the 3 months i was on it i went form 225 to 175 yup 50 lb in 3 months! and for any one else that is reading this if your overweight and your doctor has told you that you have polycystic ovarian syndrome i highly recommend getting on it because after the 3 months they were gone and my fertility problems with in the 3 months of taking a break from phentermine i got pregnant im due march 21 2011
