    Other than the observation that crinlmais can't prey upon civilians while in prison, what are other revolutionary insights that made him world's most famous political scientist? His Wikipedia is long on career and positions while offering absolutely nothing on his ideas. One would think that the 17 books listed there warrant a little more than a single mention of a completely trivial broken windows theory.Read Bureaucracy.
